vaivatta. market is an online ordering and delivery platform for fresh, made-to-order food products. The platform may serve multiple cities and offer various products over time. Currently available products, delivery areas, and pricing are displayed on each product's page.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders are pre-paid via Stripe. Prices shown on product pages include VAT and delivery unless otherwise stated. By completing payment you confirm your order and agree to these Terms. You will receive an email receipt upon successful payment.

3. Delivery

Delivery is available within the service areas listed on the platform. Available delivery dates and time windows are displayed at the time of order. We make every reasonable effort to deliver within the stated window but cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to factors beyond our control.

4. Cancellations & Refund Policy

All products sold through vaivatta. market are prepared to order. Because production begins once an order is placed, all sales are final and no refunds are available for cancelled orders.

5. Product Information, Ingredients & Allergens

As our products are artisan and handmade, minor variations in appearance, weight, and texture are normal and expected.
